Our 5x5 storage unit sizes are roughly the size of a home closet. Ideal for storing extra items such as boxes, twin-size mattresses, books, records/files, and other small miscellaneous items. Our 25 foot (outdoor) parking spaces are roughly the equivalent in size to a single car garage. You can park vehicles, trailers and small trucks in this parking space.
Insurance is required to store your items with Cos Mini Storage. For your convenience, we offer affordable insurance options at our facility. Or you can also provide proof of current insurance via your home owners or renters insurance. If your moving in between the 2nd and 20th of the month, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the month.

I love this place . It's so much more affordable than any other place by far . I believe there is someone on site 24 hrs a day so stuff is protected . The price is the best though I was paying 60 buks in lemoore for a 5x5 and I pay 45 for a 5x15 here believe it was the online price either way they are a great place to store all ur stuff . Also they have an online place u can pay ur bill it takes less than a min to pay ur bill off the app.

I live nearby and people from the storage units riding around in the golf cart through the residential area very carelessly.Looks like a kid driving,but he didn't even stop before driving through an intersection.The child sitting in the back almost fell off. I think the owners need to be aware that this is dangerous and could be costly if someone was hurt! Please be safe!

This was my first month renting with them. I went on my app to pay the $25 and it said i owed $70 when i called to ask why it went up they told me that there was a $25 dumping fee because we dumped trash. I asked for proof they said the maintenance man saw you. I never dumped anything. Would not recommend them to anyone.

If you happen to have a full size truck with a trailer, best to bring someone to spot you, the rows are very tight to drive down and shall require someone to watch your trailer going around the corners of their buildings. Getting someone on the phone @ the facilities is difficult, their phone tree is one that makes it seem like they would prefer you to speak to their offsite call center as per someone @ the office there in Hanford. alone of the units I saw were temp controlled and the doors will allow rodents in as there is not a good seal on flimsy galvanized sheet metal doors.
