Great service from Harry & his Team as our furnace went out ! They traveled to our house checked on the furnace found that the propane had not been filled. The tank was refilled, furnace restarted and all was in time to prevent a catastrophe. The Midwest Team saved us ! Thank you guys you are the best !!!

Early this morning around 12:55 AM we received a low temperature alert for our home in Breezy Point. Throughout the night we continued to receive calls letting us know the temperature inside had dropped below 40 degrees.
This morning Jared from your Brainerd office called to ensure we were aware of the problem. Not only did he spend quite a bit of time looking over our account to see it there had been power outages or other issues, but he VOLUNTARILY took the time to drive out to our house in Breezy Point for a first-hand look. He was able to ascertain the problem was likely with the natural gas
