First, we had to call them as they were an hour late. Next, they brought one small trailer despite arranging this move one month prior and full knowing we had 4000 sq ft to move. Finally, we had to leave the house to be at an event so, we paid the movers before leaving. All they had left was the swing set and basketball goal. They assured us it would be done when we got back. They did not finish either job and the cost was $1,000 over the quoted price.

I asked the movers specifically to move 5 heavy objects. I was ignored. They came out another day and said they would move them but they would charge to move things they were asked to do from the beginning! I gave them bubble wrap for a mirrored nightstand but again they ignored me . My brother stopped by and his truck was used to move room sized rugs! They left furniture on the porches of both houses that we had to bring in. There were two witnesses to them smoking pot in the truck. Maybe that’s why the experience was terrible. The lead mover came to me at 5 pm and said “it’s 5”. They

I contacted Chris less than two weeks before my daughter's move. He got a team together which consisted of Robert, Trevor and Willie and they where there Saturday morning. They got the loading and unloading done in a timely manner and were very friendly. I would recommend Active Moving to anyone. Thank you all for moving my daughter and her two girls!!
