Back in 2011 we bought a piece of land up in the Watersmeet area to build on for a retirement home. Not being from the area we looked to the internet for a reasonably priced builder to help with the project as we wanted to do some of the work ourselves. We were fortunate to find Dave and his crew!
Our plan was to firstly build a garage and improve the land so we would have a place to stage for the build. Dave came through with valuable help and advice for our needs then and for the future build. He oversaw and completed our garage, entry road, shed, well, septic, and clearing of land.
