Company installed mini split units that barely ran without issue for 3 months before completely breaking down. When called they said they would repair then ghosted us. Got quote to make the system work again and it is just as much as I paid to have it installed to begin with.

Was told they would be at home between 9-11. I called at 1230 asking if they were running late. They said they would be here shortly. Then never came. I called a later again at like 2 and they blocked me so I couldn’t get through. Was such a ridiculous encounter. Took off work and they didn’t even tell me they weren’t coming bc I think they just forgot to schedule me in.

I had an issue with a backup at my sewer vent. I called and Channing explained to me they were a couple days out with work. He asked me the issue and then proceeded to explain to me the "tricks of the trade" to fix my problem. I did exactly as he instructed and my issue was resolved. Very professional!

Hands down the best plumbing company around! I am extremely grateful that Expert Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning was available to come out on an emergency basis (within the hour) to address a serious leak in my water heater.
