If you want a professional company who genuinely cares about giving you the best of the best than this is the company you want to go to. They came out gave me a free bid, they actually heard what I wanted, and they delivered exactly that. Disgraceful littering! I haven’t used this company’s service however I felt the need to highlight to this complaint to the company ownership. The young occupants in a black truck with your name and branding all over it was seen on Overland Rd on Tuesday afternoon (7/7/21) throwing trash out their window onto the road in a pathetic display of rude disregard for other people in the community and Boise in general. Boise is one of the cleaner cities in the US so this overt polluting is just so disappointing.

We asked over Facebook if anyone had referrals on who we could use to get our gutters replaced. Elite didn't give us the chance to pass them up, as they immediately called to get a free estimate set up. They got to our shop the next day to get us an estimate, and the minute we said yes they got it set up for again the next day. They have amazing prices and great customer service. They have made a customer for life.

Customer service was spectacular, the crew came in and gave me a free estimate, from there we set a date and time for them to put new gutters on my home, they were there on time and got the job done efficiently. The owners know what they’re doing and genuinely care about making sure us, the home owners are satisfied with their work. That goes a long way in my book if you ask me.
