From the minute we walked into the "yard" full of granite at HardRock Surfaces, we felt we were at the right place. Edra explained the different granites and answered all our questions with professionalism. Inside the showroom, we selected our sink, again with Edra's help and others working there. Scheduling the install with Alicia was great as they are very busy but put us on their calendar as soon as possible. Alicia answered the many questions we had along the road to installation. The day of install we had three of the best guys handling our granite and our home with complete care. The end

Hard Rock Surfaces has installed granite countertops in my kitchen, in both of my bathrooms, & all my window sills. Choosing the granite, getting the installation scheduled, the actual installation....it all went smoothly. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but we were kept informed on any issues that came up. The installers are working class guys, they're clean, polite, & they take pride in their work. I'd use them again anytime!

The company installed granite counter top in our bathroom that had a significant crack. When installed, I am one-hundred percent sure they noticed and continued with installation. At the time of instillation, I had just had a baby and was very tired and did not quickly notice. I would not rehire due to lack of integrity.
