My friend put in a small order for flooring install in October 2020 it is now May 2021 & her flooring is still not completed. THREE times her new flooring was defective. On the FOURTH install they said there was some sort of issue with dirty water under the defective floor THEY installed & they could not continue. Did they expect her to not clean her floors for 8 months? Of course there's going to be dirty water under the defective floor. The sales person Frank said he would call her back & never did as was the case over the past 8 months. Now she sits with defective flooring in 3 rooms

These folks ruined my home. RUN from these FOlKS worst JOB EVER and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK>
Ran out of material mid job and tried to fill in with un matching flooring three weeks later.
Materials were not as ordered.... had different pattern at the last minute switched on me
Damage to the home included: dented washer and dryer, broken stones on fireplace mantel, water reversed on washer hot/cold, gas dryer not hooked up properly requiring service call for leaking gas and dented dryer hose.
6 months later the laminate has buckle in multiple areas with multiple pop marks, and ridges

Very disappointed in this company. Very unprofessional , as this company has a lack of communication between its employees. My wife and I had planned for a long time to redo the flooring in our house , decided to go with Value Flooring based on them taking care of everything from removal of existing flooring to moving furniture. We are a very busy family and we’re willing to pay more for convenience. Started of with flooring guys dumping stain on our concrete driveway, something I can look past as a accident.
