My system is 24 years old and I priced a few places out. My system was in bad shape and thought I could at least wait for after summer and maybe spring to replace the system. Unfortunately my system gave out one night after work. I called John and in the next morning he came right out and checked it out. His prices beat all the other competitors out there and that afternoon his crew showed up and put in a whole new install in. His company was a life saver for sure.

Our old A/C unit died in the middle of a heat wave. My daughter recommended these guys. They were here in a couple hours with a new unit. They installed a new unit without issue, and it's still sitting on the roof working great. We've had them service that unity a number of times. I think only good things about their business and would recommend them highly.

If I could give this review zero stars, I would. I first had this company put in a brand new air conditioner unit in 2009 and every year, I would have them come out and check it to make sure it was still in great condition. My experience with this company had been great up until this year.
I called to schedule a routine service like I had been annually and when I called, the person who answered had asked if he could call me back in five minutes as he was driving. He never returned my call. I called the following day and scheduled an appointment for the following week. This company never showed

If you want to be charged for parts and labor that do absolutely nothing to fix your problem then I absolutely recommend using this company. They will tell you one thing and then a couple of weeks later when your AC unit is broken yet again they will basically force you into either using them for further repair service or you just lose out on your money. Their tech told us that all our AC unit needed was Freon and nothing else. 2 weeks later our AC is broken and the company tells us that it's obvious that we have a leak and that's why we needed Freon and should have fixed the leak
