Ted and crew are the best. We were having a big party Saturday over Memorial weekend and the night before we smelled a problem! Ted took my call at 1030pm Friday night and was here Saturday morning to pump us. Our tank was overflowing so we avoided a major problem during our party!

We moved into our lovely house 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately, it has become a bit of a fixer upper. We found Octeau through the last owner, and were told he was knowledgeable. Well, he did a fine job pumping out our tank once at the right price some months back. Then...When I got a panicy call from my wife in the mid afternoon today that we has sewage coming up and into the shower and up out of two toilets, I ran home, a half hour drive. I found Octeau already at my house at work with Ted and Dominick who were very kind. It was a very hard job for them because of the screwy way the plumbing was

Octeaus has always been my first choice for a reliable, professional company to manage all of our septic needs. From pumping to repairs they've done it all for us. Both Ted and Dominic have years of ample experience and are incredibly personable. I've never once worried that they were overselling us. In fact, they've always gone out of their way to find the most cost-effective way to thoroughly address whatever out septic maintenance needs were. Trust me when I say not all septic companies are the same. Octeaus is definitely a cut above the rest.
