Don't bother with this company, customer service is terrible. I had them come out for a quote and for 2 weeks after that I tried to get ahold of them to schedule the service. I left voicemails and messages on their website with no response. Eventually I gave up.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We called to have a dying tree looked at, we were told they would be here today, Friday, between 11 -11:30. Their office called at 8:11 to say they wouldn't be here until between 1-2:30. Made sure we were home , no one showed up or bothered to call. I called them at 3:30 and was told they would be here in about 40 minutes. It is now 6:45, no show and no call.

Rick and his crew were great in taking down 2 - 70 foot pines, a Bradford Pear, grinding out 3 additional stumps, and clean up afterwards. During the two day job, they were professional, hardworking, and took great care in dropping all the branches. I would highly recommend them for any job!

Brent came out and gave me a quote. He is very knowledge able and gave me multiple options to start tackling the enormous amount of tree work that I need done. Rick and he crew came out and were right to work, checked with me throughout the job to make sure that what they were doing was acceptable and what I wanted. I will be having them come back to do more work for me.

The crew was superb and the work even better than we dreamed it would be. They were friendly, professional, efficient, prompt, careful and safe, even using a huge crane and taking down an extremely tall tree. Marcos, the estimator, was far more knowledgeable than any of the others we had talked to before deciding what tree service to use. All in all, we will never consider any other tree company for our future tree work and neither will our neighbors who watched the delicate and precise way the work was done.

The first time we used this company, the work was 5 star but, this time the company seemed to get in a hurry and didn't complete the expected scope of work. We hired them for a large scale storm damage clean up job which also included tree removals but, they missed a couple of large, broken branches on the ground despite them being pointed out earlier in the day, missed a couple of hanging branches in one tree, didn't feel it was necessary to correct the snapped off crowns of our pine trees and, left a lot of debris around tree work sites; some of the debris was larger diameter branch cuts and
