Positive note first then for the bad stuff. The staff was very nice. The communication was very bad from the company and very apparent poor communication between staff. I Needed some dirt brought in, leveled and a pathway put in with a pavers path to have a slight drop to neighbors path to meet and have smooth flow. First dirt brought out had concrete chunks, and glass in it. (I'm still removing). First attempt on the path was a disaster of high and low areas which is why it needed redone, it holds water. Second attempt after explaining again what I wanted, going and buying the leveling sand myself

These guys show up at my mom's door and talked her into this lala land of beautiful landscaping. They didn't do anything they were supposed to do. They were to remove wood planks left behind from the previous home owners, and what they did was hide them behind the shed. The edging was crooked and they didn't even trim all the bushes. The mulch was light and it looked like they just dropped a bunch of rocks with no rhyme or reason, nor did they spray them clean. There's now more weeds than ever. She called them 3 times to come out to fix it, they said they would be out but never showed. I would

Henry's did a better job then I could have expected. I did not know what to expect so I met with Steve at my property, he listened to me, gave suggestions and took some pictures... That night I received my bid AND a full rendering of the project using the picture of my house.
They were busy at the time so they weren't able to start my project until 2 weeks after I committed. But when they started they had 12 different people working all different areas of my property. The project I expected to take 3-4 weeks to complete was done perfect in 3.5 days. Grass appeared in 10 days!!

Basic business professionalism was dismal. Communication was lousy both with us, and within the company. We did not get what we expected from a professional landscape business. It would appear that making money is primary and living up to their word is not high on the priority list.
