I am so grateful to Kevin for his expertise and kindness. Our 20 year old Maytag dryer stopped working during COVID19. It was impossible to find a replacement. due to the long back order list Kevin suggested a simple fix of resetting the motherboard (which is no longer in production) and problem solved! He is a gem!
