Horrible experience. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I got them through PORCH. They called me. I have noticed that a lot of companies today, never admit when they are wrong...they just blame someone else.
I wasted time on the phone through their SALES pitch and making sure several times that both decision makers were there and that we had at least 60min for them...blaa blaa blaa. After speaking with the first women...a man came on the phone and repeated everything twice. Overkill.
But they never showed up for the appointment?

Wasn't going to review but after reading these I decided another point of view might be useful. I called and scheduled a free consult and was given a convenient time where both myself and my husband could be present. I was told I would be given a courtesy call a few days before as a reminder, this didn't happen and being a holiday weekend I wasn't sure anyone would show, however an hour before I received a call from Adam. Adam stayed about two hours, we were given a quote of 16k for one bathroom. I was going to do a second bathroom but was given a quote of 8k for a bathtub. There

Incredible guest service from beginning to end. I called and the initial sales person (I believe her name was Karen) was super helpful. I had an appointment a few days later and selected everything I needed and just a few weeks later I had a new bathroom. I just wish remodeling my kitchen would be this easy.

Really disappointed with customer service. My husband and I an appointment for someone to come out and look at our Master bathroom. Only I was present for the consultation (because my husband works). Upon meeting the representative seemingly pleasant and complimented my house. Once I showed him my bathroom and what we wanted ( I was pretty detailed on the scope of the job) he looked at me and his first question was "Are you allowed to make decisions without your husband present?" That comment right there decided we would not be continuing with this company. I told my husband what had

WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Tried to schedule a appointment with re-bath of Mid-Florida and the women I think her name was Alexa kept cutting me off and rushing me through the phone call with condescending fake politeness like I am an idiot and did not realize what she was doing. Also gave me a hard time because I did not want to schedule the appointment with my husband present but then she scheduled it anyway. I received the email confirmation confirming the date and time and when putting it in my calendar I mistakenly was looking at October not November and there she went
