Clearly these reviews are fake......The unprofessional rep that answered the phone hung up on me. She said blame them not me....WOW. They are preying on the elderly. FRAUD......stay away! As far as the owner putting fake reviews thats not true. They told my parents that their tarp will be free, a year later their insurance company informed them that this company filed a suit to be paid. The good reviews no doubt is fake!!!!

I am not pleased at my recent service My job has not been completed I still have debris and the big bin I can't park in my driveway or walk safely. Start work Wednesday never came back today is Saturday left my satellite hanging on d side of the roof had to call the cable people no service got 3days. I hope someone in charge can see this and help to solve this. I am a customer not here to scam review as they say.I saw reviews b4 my job was done but saw a review here that said they wanted to charge 1000s for the material they already bought and d list goes on. Needed a roof redone due to storm damage. They were spot on and got the job done quickly! The roofers showed up bright and early at 7am, as I was told they would do, and they completed the job in ONE day! They cleaned up as they went as well. No nails or trash left on my lawn, roof, or driveways.
Every person who worked on my roof- from the customer service to the job itself was professional and courteous! The city inspector told me post roofing job that the roofers did a great job on my roof!

This company is Super unorganized, never follow through in a timely manner, finished my roof and I had to call them for an invoice project coordinator always deflects and says call kim at the office I had to inform him she no longer worked there then I get a hold of her replacement and they said the bill wasn't ready yet. Fine please send it when ready never heard back from them. Got a call from a collection agency with an inflated balance due. Never got a call or letter from RMX for a balance due

First day they arrived early and went straight to work. I am very impressed. They are keeping up with the clean up as they go. Great teamwork and everyone is working hard and very professional. I just pray for their safety up there! Also, I am very protective concerning my new gutters and when i told them they had no problem moving the ladder away from my gutters. That let me know they care about the customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof. I have to be honest, i didn't know what to expect. Thank you.

There are hundreds of testimonials of the numerous positive work and customer experiences from the work this company has done. We build about 60 roofs a month with a 4-6 week wait time after approval from your insurance company. This company is very good to its customers and has never left a roof unfinished (we would not longer have a license if this were the case!) They train experts who show up on time and complete fantastic quality work with great customer service!

So we signed a contract then a month ago Then had one of your employees show up at my house last night and tell us that your company is NOT going to honor the contract we signed with your company and said it was under priced and should have been a 15k job.
This is so unprofessional and disheartening because we have been waiting for it to be scheduled.
We had my mom in hospital having to have a quadruple bypass, my daughter having a emergency c-section and we were literally harassed everyday with calls and texts and even showing up at our house 3x to sign a second page, so permit could be pulled

A horrible company to work with. I have been working with them since November 2017 to get a new roof on my home. The roof was installed early July, however, the city inspector has been out TWICE and the roof has still not passed their inspection. RMX does NOT return their calls or text. They lie to you over and over again. I could write a 1000 word essay on all of the happenings. The long and short of it all is they lie, try to charge you more, promise all sorts of things and do Not deliver on any of it. Use them at your own peril.

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. New roof has been a complete nightmare. First of all they dropped off a dumpster in the wrong area and blocked my car in. Dumpster was left there for 2 WEEKS. Work is not quality and you cannot EVER speak to anyone live. They have voicemail and will text telling you things will be addressed but they do not respond to anything and they do not care about their work or customer satisfaction. I must say that I have a total different opinion than the previous reviews. Yes, I gave a deposit, which i have done with other construction companies over the past forty years as a home owner.
From my first phone call with Brittany thru the end of the job I never ran into a problem.
I live in Palm Coast and they showed up promptly and installed a beautiful Architectual Rooftop at a very reasonable price.
I am very pleased and would recommend them to any of my neighbors. Thank You Guys....

As I posted on BBB in NE Jacksonville on 1/6/18: Awful, awful company. Needed new roof after Irma. Shoddy work, no communication with the customer and workers. Major lack of organization. Terrible at returning calls. Roofers damaged my gables, soffits, and eyebrows. Left major gaps so rodents could get in. Company sent repair crew to PATCH the damage. A neighbor, who works for a city builder, used colorful language to describe the repairs. He said I would definitely need new soffits. RMX compensated me financially for the repairs as well as the dryer vent company who had to come out and

My rating for this company hasn't changed. They're still pretty horrible. However I did get my refund and the check actually cleared! I learned a valuable lesson here and that lesson is not to hire a roofing company that asks for a deposit. That's a clear indication they're cash poor and need your deposit to keep their lights on. And you can pretty much count on drama from them.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I began the process of getting my roof replaced in April and it didn't get done until late October then the dumpster that they rented sat in my driveway for 6 weeks because they didn't call to have it picked up. Everyone in the office screens their calls and doesn't return voicemails. They over order supplies and the men that do the roof are wasteful throwing away whole boxes of nails and shingles and new pieces of aluminum. I would avoid them at all costs!

All I can say is buyer beware. We sustained roof damage during the last hurricane. One of my neighbors had a roof replaced and we asked the usual questions and took the referral of RMX Construction. We were contacted by Camille Boghos and we got an estimate. After checking with a few other contractors we sat down and ironed out a few details regarding rain diverters which he agreed to within the estimate. He gave me a laundry list of papers to fill out and asked for a $6000.00 deposit. We wrote the check which they promptly cashed and we waited a week before completing and submitting the paperwork

It’s been over a year since Hurricane Matthew, my roof is leaking again, my interior work still hasn’t even been started, & it’s been at least 3 months since we have even gotten to talk to Tim (or anyone from RoofMax/RMX Construction)! Have left messages with no calls back, of course have been put on the back burner again with the most recent hurricane being an excuse.... even though we have a check sitting here with their name on it!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

They have horrible Customer Service. I started working with them in April 2017 and didn't get my roof built until over six months later. They did an ok job on the roof but left extra supplies behind I tried to return them to the building supply company and RMX refused to allow me to get a refund for them. They built several roofs throughout my neighborhood and none of my neighbors have said anything good about them. If you would like to pay a lot and get tied up in a contact you can't get out of waiting 6 months for progress to be made from a company that can't handle the work load
