We used this company to do an overlay and concrete repair on our driveway and front steps a few years ago. I have called the owner and the office 3 times and left 3 voicemails asking to schedule a sealing and crack repair and still no answer. We really wanted to stick with the same company and products but are getting no where. Very disappointed.

5 stars! We used them to redo all of our basement flooring and I highly recommend them! They were so professional and hard working. The results exceeded our expectations and their work is high quality. They showed up on time and finished the job in the estimated time frame that was given. We’ve had a lot of remodeling done in the past year and none of the companies did either. They were recommended to us by a neighbor and we’re so glad we used them!

I've known the owners for years. They did the floors at my parent's house and the local church I attend. They did the most amazing job. The floor is durable and beautiful, and they did the whole thing at a discounted rate for the church.
It's such a rarity these days to see a company exemplify day in n day out such a wealth of character. Without question they are the best in the business.

They did our floors in the church sanctuary. Turned out beautiful. Very durable. We've had a lot of activities in the church besides just church services. Lots of youth activities, floor hockey, archery, and more. Floors still look like they did the day it was finished. Awesome company, wonderful guys. Thumbs up on this company.

I can't say enough about Quality Interior Finishes. In a world where CUSTOMER SERVICE has died; these guys are the exception. They impressed us through every stage of the job; from Nicholas (one of the owners), writing the estimate, to the scheduling, to the actual repair, to the follow up to make sure everything met our expectations. (we live out of town). I was so impressed with the integrity of the owners, who are all operators, that I gave them the key to the house to come and go. They treated my house like it was there own!!!!

Horrible communication issues within the company. My husband worked for them for about a week. His boss said he would call him in a week if he needed him. My husband called him during the week and never got a text or phone call from the boss. He called the office two weeks later and heard from the receptionist that he was let go. A good boss communicates with all his employees. If you don’t have good communication with your team then why are you running a company?
