Service: Gutter installation

As many have eluted directly or indirectly, Alfaro Rain and Gutters are not customer oriented. I got the estimate and the representative was informative and attentive. I schedule the installation for the first week of August. I had to re-schedule do to work, then the new schedule date came about, I did not received a call or confirmation the previous day, on the date of I waited until the appointed time I received no call either. When I call attendant seems not to have me on their schedule. The attendant told me that the reason they have not come is because their supplier did not have the materials

Company was very responsive. First guy who came to measure and provide quote was very helpful and detailed. Always a person to talk too when I called. Installers are hard workers and professional. Worked even under rainy conditions. Finished on time and cleaned after themselves. No complaints. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is bc they showed up a day before they needed to be here an that I had to call twice to get a receipt/warranty. Minor things really.

Our entire experience was excellent. From the estimate to installation. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to finish the job. Top quality work! We love how our gutters look and how well they work. Friendly, professional service and beautiful craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

While I see a few not-so-great reviews, I had an overall great experience with Alfaro. Mr. Juan was personable and professional. He gave me an unbeatable price, came out and did the installation, and even came back with followup work when I requested to change one downspout to go through the deck. Mr. Alfaro made good on what he said he would do with his team's work, and called me after the project was done to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. That matters when it comes to your home. Thank you Alfaro Gutters!

I had gutters installed on my new home today— in a word— wow!! I knew the gutters would look good, as my neighbor had his gutters installed by Alfaro Gutters. He has used Mr. Alfaro‘s company on a few of his previous homes and highly recommended them. He said they were very reasonable and always did an outstanding job. The office called me ahead of time to let me know the crew was on the way. They were on time, professional, courteous and polite. They did an outstanding job and cleaned everything up before they left. I could not be happier and highly recommend them!

I contacted 3 gutter companies to install some gutters on my home. Alfaro was by far the best in price! He quoted, and installed 4 days later. Quick turnaround! Other companies said they were 3 weeks behind. Very responsive to emails, text, and phone calls. Crew was professional and quick. Highly recommend this company! If anyone ask me for a recommendation I will say Alfaro Gutters IS the company you want to deal with!

I had scheduled the work for last Friday. I took a vacation day to be there. They didn’t show up. I did not hear from them. I had to reach out to them twice to see if they were still coming. The dispatch lady told me they would be there in 30 minutes the second time I called and until now.....nothing. I know my job was not a big one but I am still a paying customer and expected a bit more courtesy than that. I am very disappointed.

Mr. Alfaro finalized a quote, scheduled a date for installation and never show up, postponed several times and finally on the day 1hour before the installation supposed to happen he called me and said he needs more money than the finalized quote. It’s waste of your time dealing with him. No trust, not responsive, don’t waste your time and money dealing with this company

I had Alfaro Rain Gutters do some repair work for me. They cleaned and fixed up my gutters and replaced my damaged down spouts. They were quick, courteous and the job was done well. I asked to make some last minute changes and Juan was very accommodating. Very satisfied and I would recommend them.
