Built a home for me and my wife in 2017. We were rushed through the contract signing process and our basic building goals were largely ignored.
General manager did the least amount of work necessary to move on to the next job. Does not listen to the customer. If you use this contractor, take a lot of time to review your contract thoroughly and be onsite every day to ensure that the quality work being paid for is actually being done.

I would highly recommend Capstone. The whole experience was great. I first meet with Jerry towards the end of June and told him I needed to move into a new house by the end of October. He promised he could make it happen and he did. Got my keys today 16 days early. The quality of the home they built for me was exceptional too. Thanks Firman and Jerry you guys were great to work with!

I had the opportunity to tour their homes and meet with Jerry Raber and have nothing but good things to say. The homes are beautiful and they allow you to see a variety of the finishes Capstone offers in person. Having toured some of the other locations on Route 30 (where all of these showrooms are located), Capstone for me, was the best. Jerry is friendly, prompt, professional, and available to answer any/all questions. He also respects your time where you don't feel pressured or as if he will contact you daily about everything, this was huge for me as well. If you are you are thinking about building
