I cannot say enough about this company. Thursday the AC went out. They came to the house within 30 minutes. It was a bad compressor, so I opted to get a new unit at a reasonable price. They had it installed, and up and running by 12 noon on Friday. And such nice people to work with. I would very highly recommend !!

We needed a brand new system and called Southmoore Heating and Cooling. (We had got a quote from another company prior to calling them.) The gentleman that came out to give us a quote was personable and polite. We decided right there that we'd go ahead with it. The crew that came out to install it did a great job and didn't leave any mess. Our new unit looks great and runs fabulously. Their customer service is top notch!

The value of customer service and honest business can not be understated. Southmoore's customer service is simply the best and they are a straightforward and honest company. I had two other AC companies quote me for thousands more to do work that was not necessary and one company that told me I needed a whole new system because one part was broken! Not Southmoore, they told me exactly what was wrong and the exact work that needed to be done to fix it and did it in a timely manner. I purchased a "fixer upper" property recently and Southmoore had installed the unit. I called them when the unit didn't seem to be cooling and they got someone there in 45 minutes! I had ants in the contactor or something, but the tech got it all up and running quickly and tech was friendly and efficient. Person on the phone was very friendly too. Since I'll be living in Pinebluff, I like the idea of using a local company, especially when service is so good!
