Many of our projects are less extensive. If you're looking to add an open concept floor plan, an ensuite, bedroom, in-law suite, pool house or carriage house to an existing home, we can usually get that done for you in just a couple of weeks or less - and at an affordable rate. This custom home was designed for a prime golf course lot at Callippe Preserve in Pleasanton at Mariposa Ranch. We designed custom iron work and met the homeowner's desired result within very tight CC&R restrictions. This project began when the owner came to us to help design a custom residence in the Happy Valley area of Lafayette.

I've worked with Alan for about 15 years. First with Custom Exteriors for engineering work in Rossmoor and for the past two years with RPS Remodeling for engineering calculations for taking wood siding and converting to stucco; a heavier siding. Widening of doors for larger doors or windows in walls that do not currently have them are other applications.
Alan is easy to reach, quick to respond and typically I receive high quality results in 24-24 hours and a fair price.
