I had a pretty bad experience with this company. They don’t clean my filters and my robot malfunctions every time they “clean” my pool. I had to do just as much work if not more bc these guys are so lazy they come in and out in 5 mins. I’m posting this review so that no one else has to suffer like I did.
They performed a backwash, my pool was clogged for weeks. They did a filter clean, and filter still not clean as you can see from the photos. Yet they will make all kinds of excuses all the time as to why the robot is not working or why they are not testing water supposedly winter doesn’t

I have used A-Affordable for several years and have always been happy with their work. Most recently I have had repair issues on the pool equipment and needed guidance on how to correct the problems.
Jonathan has been very helpful with suggestions and help to repair a broken pool cleaner. I appreciate his willingness to assist and his expertise in this area. Get prepared to get overcharged and screwed by this company. Hey charge $110 for simple pool vacuuming each time they do it. They overcharged per week by 15-20 more than every other pool service. They did not clean my filter I have a picture of it and another reputable pool guy from another company told me they didn't do anything. I asked for an estimate. They came out and replaced some of the things needing to be replaced, and then billed me for them. They never gave me a price before hand, and I never said to actually "Do" any work. I didn't even know they did any work until I got the bill. I called the office and asked what the charges were for, which is when I was told it was for the work they did. I went and checked and sure enough they replaced the backwash piston and a skimmer basket. I told the office I had just wanted an estimate first. They said they would have Bob call me (Bob is the guy who did the work). I get

They are very responsive and conscientious. They communicate well and we have worked with them the last several years. I have never had high pressure selling from them. They have, at the same time, met all my maintenance needs. They also maintain and clean our pool on a regular basis. Our pool has lot of crepe myrtle trees around it and they work with us in dealing with it when needed.

We were looking for a pool store that could both service a needed pool repair and provide weekly chemical service. Other people rated this store very highly. The store is convenient, clean, and staffed with friendly personnel. Due to the recent freeze, their service department is quoting service at 3-6 weeks out. They had chlorine which has become harder to get. They also have motors that have become harder to get. We plan to use this as our store of choice for pool supplies and service.

I was one of the many who had pool equipment damage due to the winter weather we had in February. I was on 3 different waiting lists and A Affordable came through first. The tech who came out to complete the repair was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I will definitely use them again for any needed pool repair.

I chose A Affordable Pools to completely remodel my pool and spa. No they were not the cheapest quote- but John Gill has been doing pools for 30 years and he knows his business well is impressive and passionate about doing a good job . I expected glitches along the way as in any home project but a call to John was all it took to keep everything on track and I am so happy and pleased with the way the pool turned out!! I cannot recommend them HIGHLY ENOUGH but I urge you to sit down with him and hear the difference it will make if you use this company.It is important for the installer to start up

I have used this company over fifteen years and they have always taken good care of my pool and equipment. Jeff is the owner and has always responded to any inquiry in a timely manner. They have replaced pumps, motors and most recently replaced a Polaris cleaner with an electric Dolphin cleaner which has been superior. Highly recommend them. Howard Kessner
