Dealing with Blossom Solar was incredibly easy, they did a clean, professional job, and were on time, responsive, and went the extra mile on site to help me out with some unrelated things while they were on my roof. But come on - aren't those table stakes for this industry?
What truly set Blossom apart from the 5 other bids I got was that Blossom was the only one that knew the details of Seattle's building code well enough to know how to fit extra panels onto the southern face of my roof. That meant their bid was far more competitive than everybody else's - more power for less money.

When I decided to install solar I reached out to three different installers for estimates. Right off the bat, Blossom Solar was the most responsive of the three. Additionally, the technology of the system they quoted was more advanced than their competitors, and they were able to install sooner than the competition. The representative I spoke with prior to agreeing to a contract was knowledgeable and friendly...a pleasure to work with.

Blossom Solar was great to work with. I asked for quotes from three different companies, and they were the only company that read and quoted my specific request. Their quote was very reasonable and in line with my needs and desires. Blossoms’ crews were True professionals from design all the way to system tie into the grid. It’s easy to give a company a good review when things go smoothly, but when there are hiccups is when a company truly shows what they stand for. We contracted with Blossom Solar in mid-June 2021 and our system is fully operational as of late August. We have an 8.1 kW system consisting of 22 Silfab 370 BK solar modules with Enphase 7+ microinverters.

There was a miscommunication that had taken place which was discovered after I had already committed and put a large sum of money down. Without even asking for it, Blossom Solar decided on their own to give me additional equipment free of charge. And we’re talking large equipment. Obviously, don’t call them expecting free equipment. Matt and blossom solar are fantastic. Knowledgeable, thorough and very non pressure sales environment. The estimate is fast and detailed with design applied to your specific house and also had many options and price points. I've worked with a few members at Blossom solar including Matt and Cole. I must say they are the real deal. Sounds good from the get go, but when issues arise, they don't really work to resolve them. For me, they won't even respond to my emails. Concerned about the future contacts in case we need support and something needs attention due to warranties or similar.

These guys are just plain good people. We have been having trouble with our self-installed system on our camper van. We called Blossom Solar a couple of weeks ago because we broke one of our MC4 connectors and were just trying to find somewhere locally we could buy them. Cole was so kind to give me pointers over the phone, recommend places we can find parts, and when replacing the broken connector didn't fix our issue, he offered to come out to help us on a Saturday morning, spending at least an hour going through our system troubleshooting it - and all of this on a system they didn't

If you are looking for solar, do yourself a huge favor and get a bid from Bloom. Seriously, I had 4 bids before finding these guys. So glad I opted for just one more bid!

Anders was great at answering all my questions. Since they were bid #5 I had plenty of them to ask. We did quite a bit of emailing with a few calls in between. He always got back to me the same day. Once my loan was approved they were on top of ordering ASAP to ensure my install would be completed well before June 30,2018. That was an important date for me and some of my bids were wishy washy on that. Bloom said No Problem
