The first step in proper stone care and maintenance is to understand your stone's geological classification and composition. Natural stone is categorized into three basic geological classifications by their respective formation processes: Sedimentary, Metamorphic and igneous. Additionally, stones in each category can be either Calcareous or Siliceous.

Creative granite is contracted out by Arive homes and they are AWFUL!! They didn’t even finish our quartz countertops off correctly. They were rough to the touch. We ended up calling another company (we actually tried to get creative granite to help us but they were complete jerks…which ended up with us better off anyway..) to help us get some more pieces to fit our stovetop in and even those workers were talking about how bad of a job they did. Also whatever they did use to try and finish off the edges dripped and splattered all over our wood cabinets and it will not come off. Apparently they

I recently worked with Tiffany over at Creative Granite and Design. Honestly my experience was awesome. All my questions were answered, no sales pressure, and felt really comfortable and educated before making my decision. I would highly suggest giving her a call if you are in the market for new countertops. If i have any more renovations in the future i will be working with them again!

Creative Granite installed our kitchen island with a lip that was broken into at least 3 pieces and just glued them together. It looks absolutely terrible and has ruined our whole island with how obvious the patchwork is. I've called several times and left several messages with no response. This is the most corrupt company and I would never use them again. They are surely capitalizing on the fact that there is so much demand and producing very low quality workmanship.

Working with Creative proved to be challenging from the beginning of our outdoor bbq project. Tiffany their sales woman is very responsive via text and gave a myriad of prices. First came in at an agreed price then increased due to this and that but finally agreed to install at her first price. Install seemed to go smooth but quality after the install has been less than desirable. Quality of the stone has proven to been of poor quality. All seams have failed and now of course it’s “out of warranty”. True craftsmanship never fails and a company with a proven reputation stands behind Poor quality

I fired them. My policy is I don't do business with dishonest companies. Horrible communication with their clients. They make promises, and don't stand by them. Unfortunately this is poor leadership from the ownership down, which infects all the staff that work at Creative Granite. A leader that doesn't stand by his word results in the staff not standing by anything they promise either.

Excellent service, craftsmanship, and prices. I got the same thing for significantly less money than a quote from another popular stone company. There were so many types of counter tops to choose from. We found exactly the stone slab we wanted. Everyone, from sales rep to the person who measured and the installers were top notch. We couldn't be happier.

A couple of years ago we had Creative Granite install kitchen counter tops. They were amazing to work with and the quality workmanship was excellent too. Yes, there were delays from the supplier side and some from their other jobs not going as planned which affected the timing of ours. But I consider that all part of the process. Recommended!

We remodeled our kitchen April 2020. Creative Granite was one of many places when visited. We found their prices competitive, not cheaper. We decided to use them because of the service and attention we received from the staff. When we called they took our calls and if not available they called us back. They were very patient with all our questions.
Now that the work is complete we could not be more happy with our counter tops and this company. They did an excellent job

I am never going to get my countertops installed!!! This has been the most frustrating process! Creative Granite has delayed the installation they themselves established of our countertops 3 times this point!! We have rescheduled many other things to accommodate them coming to install them and it keeps getting putt off!! I paid the 60% down payment that was required and asked for an emailed receipt...nothing!! I finally had to call accounting directly. They keep putting off Installation and I have to wonder if I am being scammed! I called the main office to complain, I was told the head sales associate

Terrible experience with a no show on the scheduled installation date/time while I left work and waited for 4 hours at home. No call. No information when I called at 8pm asking if they were still coming. No apology. They also seem to have no clue that this is not ok. I found there are dozens of granite/stone sales and fabricators within a mile of creative granite. My advice - Pick one.

We had nothing but problems with this company! I am appalled at how they run their business. First of all when we ordered the granite, they no-showed twice then when they finally showed up to do the install they tore up the wall, and installed the wrong style of granite. I called, and if you're lucky they might answer or return your call, they said it would be another week until they could get the right one out. So just waiting on them for over 3 weeks to install granite plus their customer service sucks! They finally installed the right style, and supposedly the right color. It is supposed
