Rose City Paving LLC owns all of the equipment used on each job site. This allows us to give our customers an affordable price and quality workmanship. It also eliminates the need for subcontractors and leases. We strive to be the contractor of choice for individual home owners as well as large scale commercial contractors.

Rose City Paving did a great job for us. They were professional, courteous and punctual and really went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied before accepting payment. I was particularly pleased with the VALUE they offered (price & quality). Our job was quoted in the "slow winter season". For a variety of reasons, we didn't get around to pulling the trigger until Spring. Although Rose City was very busy w/ work by then, they squeezed us in to the schedule AND honored the previously estimated price from the original quote that had technically 'expired' by then. This is the second project I had rose city paving do and I was happy with both jobs they have done for me. Employees are super nice and get the job done fast! They were priced a little higher than other paving company’s but I chose them because they do the job the right way and don’t cut corners. Will recommend this company to friends and family!

I would recommend Rose City Paving to any business or residence needing asphalt work. They stayed true to their schedule. They were great to work with, corrected anything that they weren't happy with. They paved within our Manufactured home park and worked around all our tenants. Its looks beautiful.

Not sure what’s up with all these bad reviews. Sounds like the customers had issues not the work or company performing. but we had an amazing experience I’m a general contractor that does a lot of remodel work and they came in at a very competitive price and had their full team the day they said they would. They did a very good job of doing the prep and making sure the slopes are good with the big driveway we have.
It’s been one year and the asphalt is amazing and has no low spots I trusted them with my personal home so definitely recommended

To me integrity is one of the most important characteristics of a contractor. A few months after Rose City put in our gravel RV pad, the 32K lb RV sank through the grave due to the geologic conditions of the property. True to their warranty they came out, solved the problem expending more man-hours than the original job. Hassle free.

Just had Rose City Paving (who did my driveway originally,) seal coat my driveway and they did an excellent job for a good price.
Highly recommended, they came and did the work, cleaned up there stuff and left cones in front of the driveway for the night. They stopped by the next morning, checked in with us and made sure we were happy with there work (which we are), and grab there cones and were on there way.
Happy customer here!!

They showed up with a bunch of workers, took care of my trees down the lane so they won't get broken. Worked all day installing 360 feet of payment and did a great job! I have used them a couple of time and always prompt and professional.
