Don't buy anything from this company unless you want your money stolen. Total Frauds. They got me for a lot of money for a table and chairs that never arrived. I was lied to over and over again that it had shipped and would arrive with a day or so. This went on for several months until I finally figured out that there was no table, it was all lies. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge on my credit card. Buyer Beware!

Patricia, I have never spoken to you. I have spoken with Felicia, Mindy, Michelle and on and on. They never give the same name even though it's the same person. No, I have NOT received my refund. They LIE. Also, I offered to drive to your warehouse which is 10 hours from my home and I was told the chairs were not at the warehouse. you've had my $7,600 for 7 months now. This store is a SCAM Do NOT do business with them.

I purchased furniture from them and paid over 15k for a deposit and still waiting for my furniture. It's been 6 months now, they said the production time was 120 days when I placed my order. I called and left multiple messages and they never call back. Finally, I was able to get them to respond by email when I asked for the refund of my deposit since they can't fulfill the order. They were giving me all these lies and excuses just like they told everyone here on Yelp and Better Business Bureau. Please don't buy from this company. I'll have a lot of headache

Horrific experience. Needed to pay in full early January 2021 (it's now almost 8 1/2 months later) for game table...over $14K. To date, nothing. Company doesn't correspond, won't pick up calls to their business and the little communication we have received was nothing but sketchy lip service. PLEASE do not do business with this company, you and your wallet will regret it greatly.

We have never experienced such unprofessionalism, and we are business owners. We just want our game table that we purchased. Beyond disappointed.

Drove from San Antonio to Salado to purchase a furniture piece for a niche in our entryway. I called ahead of time to ensure the showroom was open the hours advertised--since we were making a special trip here--but was never able to get through to someone to talk to.
