They are extremely knowledgeable and can fix just about anything. Service is pricey. However, its normal for the services they provide. Professional and trustworthy. They also sell some appliances that have been repaired at reasonably discounted prices.

Got a quick appointment. Repairman gave honest advice. Seems like a good company.

I called NTL to find a broiler element for our stove. I talked to a woman there, told her what I was looking for and gave her the stove brand and model number
She said she would have to look it up and would call me back.
Well over a week later no call.
I wanted to give a local business some business but after waiting a week I ordered one on line.
I have been a long time customer of theirs but will order on line in the future.

Dave order the wrong part for my Refrigerator had to wait another wk paid $ 129 .00 plus tax and only got half of the water filter the bottom of filter was missing will never recommend or go back to this rip off service center NT L thumbs down

We had purchased the machine from a different appliance store in town, but they were unable to service the machine on Fort Drum.
We were referred to NLT for a service. When we consulted over the phone with them they said they would send someone out to come look at the machine. We did not agree to any service charges over the phone, because NLT just assumed warranty would cover whatever problem it might be.
Upon arrival of the service they determined it was not a problem with our washer, but was a problem with our houses hookup. Again, we were not informed of any service charges that could possibly

We purchased a beautiful Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer which is 100 times an improvement on the LG that we have. The sales staff answer your questions and the gentlemen who came to deliver our new refrigerator and broken fridge were phenomenal. Very efficient, organized and completed their delivery in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend this company for refrigerators/freezers, washers and dryet, stoves and much more. We thank them all for their excellent care and are a great company with excellent prices.

honestly terrible, waste of money, waste of time, 81$ for someone to come over and just tell me that im using the wrong detergent then left and didn't do literally anything upon my issue with the washer

Great people, great appliances, great and fair prices. Awesome oldie appliances as well. Just an all around great place. We bought a brand new dryer from, NTL for a very fair price that a retail store couldn't sell because of dents and scratches but really, we have 3 kids, 2 dogs and we are avid outdoorsman. It's going to end up like that anyway. So what does it really matter about the looks, it just needs to do It's job, and believe me, it does. If we need anything else, WE WILL BE COMING BACK TO NTL, 100%.

If you can find anyone else to repair it or even repair it yourself, don't call these people. The front desk is polite and nice but the technicians don't do their work well. I should have learned the first time when I call them to replace a heating element in the dryer. The technician broke the shroud in the front of my machine using it as a step stool and it then took them 5 months to replace that. I gave them a second chance when the dishwasher quit heating. The technician replaced the heating element, did not check to see if the machine was working properly (it's not) and then

Amazing place from the front desk person all the way to the service guys. I found this gem of a place when I was having trouble with another establishment repairing my dishwasher under a warranty. I took pictures of the part and video of what was happening walked into store showed both to a gentleman. Right then he knew what was wrong, what part I needed, ordered it and had it in within 2 days, plus showed me how to replace the part without and snide or rude judgements about me being a female.
