Horrible customer service. I informed Tabitha on on Sept 30, that I was moving out of my storage. Moved all of my furniture out by Oct 1, and was still charged for the month. When informing the representative Tabitha that she stated as long as everything was moved out I wouldn’t have to pay, she informed me that she didn’t have to state anything and the wouldn’t refund me.

I needed a place to park my car, so I searched the net. This place was very close to my job. I read the reviews but noticed, they were a few years old, thought maybe they got their act together or change managers. I found the employees to be very friendly and helpful in getting me a unit that worked for me. Entire sign-up and out the four, less than thirty minutes. Approach this with your own experience, not the reviews from the past.

If you're renting a U-Haul truck, find another location. This place is not helpful, doesn't even inform you that they don't have your truck (that you reserved) until after you try to pick it up - got sent to Montgomery to pick up a truck instead, and then you get the runaround when trying to drop it off. I was sent the address for their self-storage units (with a gated, locked entrance). When you call the number for assistance, you just get voicemail and no one calls you back. Worst customer experience I've ever had. Will never rent from them again.

I needed a trailer last minute, and called Troy Storage the manager answered on second ring, and told me that they had the trailer I needed, and where to pick it up. She also worked with me to find the most economical place to drop it one way. My experience couldn’t have been better. It was late in the day, and had I not gotten that trailer it would have cost me hundreds in cash, and more in time.
