Booked for a sink install due to new granite. When I booked they couldn’t give me a ballpark price I wasn’t concerned since I just had a bar sink installed in my vacation home for $500. Upon arrival they said job was $1500..that’s just robbery! He said they have a book with set prices.. why didn’t u use your book in the beginning to ballpark?? They were unprofessional and we paid the ripoff $57 to get them out of the house. Found another plumber for $650. .. Run from this company.. there are honest people out there.

The underground water line for my commercial building ruptured last week. Chris Osbourne came out, gave me a detailed repair estimate, had the utilities located and scheduled the repair. They had to cut the asphalt, dig out around the affected piping and replace it.

The guys that came in and took care of me (Fredrik & his partner--I'm sorry I cannot remember his name) were great!! They identified everything that needed to be fixed and walked me through what they were doing and let me know of anything that could possibly happen in regard to other charges. They were very thorough, communicative, and personable. Will be recommending to others and will dial again for future household issues! (hopefully not anytime soon as we JUST moved in here haha!)
