Purchased a Groupon for dryer vent cleaning, hvac duct, return and main cleaning and chimney cleaning with camera inspection.
Technician gave me a $4200 quote to paint and seal inside of the fire box, smear coating on the chimney cap (says the dark marks are from heat escaping... hmm, not smoke?).
I declined the extra services and asked that they simply deliver on what I had already purchased. He said they don't really honor the ad and do an estimate of repairs instead.
The 21 point camera inspection was three photos he took with his phone and had to scroll through personal photos to get

There's not a low enough rating for this company. I'm so upset for letting myself get scammed. I bought a Groupon for vent cleaning and furnace inspection. Tech (?) came out and shined flashlight into vent. Then he inspected furnace and said it was covered in mold and that I would lose my furnace if I didn't get it cleaned. Told me $1000 and I said I couldn't pay. So he called his supervisor (did not hear conversation) and came back and said he'd do it for $600. I said okay. Went out and checked on him and he was just standing there with a spray bottle of something....

They don't even deserve my 1 star rating!!! My appointment was yesterday. They didn't show up. I called them but no one answer. Called them again today, and they said my appointment was rescheduled for March 1st. I asked why they didn't even call me to let me know. They said because of the condition, it's hard to do that. What's so hard about picking up the phone and call me to let me know. Grrr!!! Please don't use them!!!

I bought a $49 Groupon for a fireplace cleaning. The technician did not call beforehand as they said they would. They cleaned out the fireplace and inspected it, told us there was a crack that they would fix for "seven ninety-nine." No problem, the Groupon was cheap, $7.99 isn't anything to worry about. About 10 minutes into the repair, we ask to make sure the price is right at $7.99 and not $79, just in case. It is $799.00, and they refused to stop at that point because they had "already started." The technician said afterwards that he had repaired 5 feet up into the fire

I bought a Groupon for their service. I had a hard time getting them to return my call. I was finally able to contact someone and set up an appointment for several weeks out. The day of my appointment they called and said the service tech was having trouble with his truck and they would have to reschedule. They rescheduled for several weeks later. Then several days later they called and said they do not service the area I live in and I would have to get a refund through Groupon. Such poor customer service.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. DO NOT USE TEXAS DUCT PROS!! I purchased a Groupon for duct cleaning, chimney cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. They show up & said it was only the basic cleaning (it said nothing of this when I purchased). They cleaned 6 ft up my dryer vent & chimney...who does this? When we called we were told the manager would call us back...guess what...nothing. tried to upsell everything. AWFUL

Chad was the technician that came to clean the dryer vent, he texted before he came and gave the time he will get to the house, he showed up on time, mask on, introduced himself and proceeded to discuss what was needed to be done, he completed the job, took pictures before and after the cleaning of the dryer duct, he cleaned up the area, he provided information on maintenance. Chad also assisted us with chimney cleaning and scheduled another appointment with Chad to clean up the chimney. Chad was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable.

This company is a joke! They tell you a price before hand and when they get to your home they then try to upsell you for everything and not do what they originally agreed to do. When I made my appointment I was told that my ducts would be cleaned, my dryer vent cleaned and I would have a furnace inspection. They then told me because my ceilings were so high that I could not do the duct cleaning that way and then wanted to charge me additional for each of my furnaces to clean my ducts. This is $200 per furnace that you have then they were not going to clean my dryer vent and when I had them go do

Was a little disappointed with the job that completed today. They wore booties which was great but they didn't take them off when they left the house wore them outside and re-entered the house defeating the use of booties. Also they didn't do a very good job in cleaning up the paint chips knocked loose from inside the ducts, had to go behind them to pick up what they missed, they were using a shop vac and not an upright. They didn't put my system back to the way it was, I had a covered filter blocking a lower return vent and they removed the cover defeating my plan to remove only

Donald came to my daughter's home we have been renovating for 6 months. I had purchased a groupon. Obviously, this was more than basic cleaning (which is for those of us who clean our ducts every year). We did have to upgrade to the extreme clean which cost us more. BUT, the years of not being cleaned and construction dust and the removing of popcorn ceilings required a complete service. Not sure about the other reviews here but this one is legit. I have had terrible experience with this company I got Groupon for the AC system / duct cleaning and in the fine print it doesn't say any where that it's for a "very basic cleaning", and it's an opportunity for these guys to sell you full cleaning and other services. The guy who came out did not speak good English very hard to communicate with, worst of all he messed up my AC relay. I contacted them and got to speak with John (the owner I believe), he took no responsibility and told me that my AC unit is old and

Scam. They use bait and switch technique. They advertise with Groupon to clean your ducts then say you have mold which is harmful to your health and requires special cleaning. It costs $1000 and they don't even have the professional tools to clean it properly. They literally use a drill bit with a duster attached. Wish I wouldn't have fell for it.

We had Texas Duct Pros come to our house as we had black mold growing outside our newborn son's bedroom door. We were extremely concerned. This company promised us mold removal, with a follow up a week later, then a 4 year warranty from mold. We paid $1800+ for this service.
After the guys left we never heard from this company again. We have called and left several voicemails, but nothing. We still have mold, and are currently out $1800. We are disputing with our credit card company but this joke of a business is making it difficult. DO NOT USE THEM! RIP OFF AND A JOKE OF A BUSINESS. When

Groupon states will service within 50 miles of 76137. Definitely call before you book this Groupon because that statement in not true. I am 39 miles from that zip code but something told me to call first. I was told "yes you're within the 50 miles but we do not service your area". Be careful booking these types of Groupons.
