My wife and I enjoyed working with Window World on our recent window installation. They were very flexible in scheduling the installation of our 19 windows. The 3 workers who actually installed the windows were very professional and arrived on time and completed the installation within the time frame that we were told. The price for the entire job was reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes that we received from their competitors. We would definitely recommend Window World.

I had WW replace half my windows a few years ago and have been happy with that work and so it made it easy this year when I wanted to replace my remaining windows which included a bay window with two side windows. The windows are a great value and all the workers are professional, hard working and do a very good job!

Amazing people. They kept in contact to let us know when our windows arrived, booked out 3 days to complete the job and came in under schedule. Replaced 19 windows in all with 2 being bay windows converted to double hung. The house, very old, they even reframed a couple to insure proper fitment, made sure the siding was back in place, and extremely completely cleaned up everything.

23 windows were installed within 3 hours which was amazing. The whole next day was spent “wrapping” and sealing the windows. The windows are of excellent quality in my opinion. They performed small carpentry repair work satisfactorily. The project manager although not on site was very responsive.
Now the bad: They arrived on time although their original truck broke down and were delayed several hours. Original caulk job was unprofessional and had to be redone. 3 window sashes had scraped/cut lines in the glass and will need (free) replacement (lifetime guarantee). 2 installed side edges had

I purchased windows from Window World. The whole process from the salesman to the completion of the job was flawless. Brenda did an amazing job keeping me informed and helping me through the installation process. Igor the installer is so polite,professional, neat and is so detail oriented and takes so much pride in his work. The window itself is a superior product and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We just had 17 windows installed 2/16/18 and were very pleased with the windows and the installers. They knew what they are doing and were very professional, as well as courteous. The windows were installed with perfection and when they left you could not even tell they were there. They left the house spotless - inside and out. The only thing left behind was their sign on the lawn and we were happy to have them leave it there. There was a problem with 2 windows and AJ, project manager, was out on Monday and knew exactly what to do to get them working properly. My only complaint - what took us so
