This company rocks! We had smoke blowback from a fireplace that coated the house in soot. Tori and Rob did an amazing job cleaning top to bottom. Called the emergency number, had a quick response and they worked with insurance adjuster promptly. Highly recommend this company!

I am totally impressed with this company! When my water heater leaked they responded immediately and got everything cleaned up. They later replaced the flooring and did an amazing, high quality job. Every member of the team was super professional and friendly. The owner responded to my questions and concerns well after business hours. A true gem of a company in the North Country. I highly recommend this company.

We had a water leak from upstairs through the ceiling. Our house is over 160 yrs old, so ceilings were PLASTER ! Ceiling also had a texture. This was not easy to match,. Between COVID delays and other issues the job took way longer than expected. But this was no reflection on the company. Things happen that CAN NOT be predicted especially in OLD houses. In the end the ceiling was fix, matched the texture, painted and the house was cleaned ( and exceeded my VERY PICKY expectations.) EVERY worker that came into my house was kind, friendly, respectful and professional. I did not CHOOSE First Choice

I recently had what I would call a 2 building sewage explosion. One basement had almost two feet of brown water in it, the basement of my property next door had about 8in of raw sewage in it. I called First Choice because they came highly recommended from a trusted source. Jim actually physically responded to the site within an hour to assess my problem. In less than 24 hours both basements had sewage removed. The cement floor in one basement flushed with water, the dirt floor basement had all sewage removed, one bucket at a time, and lime spread on both floors. Absolutely everything was removed

Barry and his team did the most amazing job. My husband and I bought our first house in October and had our first home owners disaster right before Valentine’s Day. This crew is THE BEST and, I can’t stress that enough. They walked us through everything literally every step of the way. They take such pride in their customer service and work and we will be forever grateful!!!!
