We hired Tim Anderson to fix up our new house. He completely ruined it instead. He purposefully used the wrong materials so it would be cheaper so he could pocket more. He walked off the job and ran over our septic with his excavator. He also installed the new septic wrong. Everything is wrong, and that's not an exaggeration. We're going to have to tear the house down. He has done similar things and changed his business name before. Do not hire him!!

Most of it has to be redone a complete rip off by a crook. The foundation was redone, you can see outside through the cracks. The roof was redone, using entirely the wrong materials. The floors aren't level and the drywall is a mess. Then he just skipped town! The roof isn't even finished the drywall isn't mudded he just disappeared. A complete nightmare caused by a crook. No idea how we're going to dig ourselves out of this.
