Glick's Exteriors installs high-end residential and commercial roofing, siding, trimming and framing at affordable prices. With attention to detail and a keen sense of design, we build with quality in mind. While our work is primarily focused on the exterior perimeter of your home or business, for current customers we've taken on interior renovations as well.
Are there any preventative maintenance measures I can take to prolong the life of my roof?. We recommended scheduling an inspection every year to see if there are any shingles that could blow off; we also recommend having your roof cleaned with a softwash whenever it starts to blacken. When your home's doors and windows need to be replaced, there are a few factors that you can feel and see to know it's time.
Sam Glick was born and raised in Lancaster and currently resides there with his wife and three children. At a very young age, Sam and his siblings learned the trade from their father. Sam always knew he was destined to own and operate his own home exteriors business. When he's not running his family-owned business, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, reading, learning and exercising.

We had major stucco related issues. Glicks did a complete restoration of the exterior of the house. It was a huge project and they did a fantastic job. It is a pleasure to recommend a group that is so knowledgeable as well as professional. Would definitely use them again and happy to refer!

I had the pleasure of working with Sam, Chris, Kevin and their team. In all fairness, we inherited the project from the previous owners of our home but we couldn’t have been happier with their choice to go with Glick’s. They were extremely responsive and worked very efficiently. Every team member that I encountered was pleasant and professional. They kept me updated with each step and any issues that arose. After our final walk through there was a small issue which Sam took care of personally. I would not hesitate to use their team again and fully recommend them.

Glicks exteriors was great to work with. From estimation to finishing the project, everyone I interacted was extremely professional and friendly. My stucco was replaced with siding and the work was done very thoroughly. Have already recommended them to other friends looking to do similar work.

Two years after purchasing out home, we learned that we had to relocate to Florida for work. We knew people would fall in love with the house as much as we did and that it would be a quick sale. Boy, very wrong. The offers came in quickly however, the sale did not. I sit here writing this review a year from the time we initially listed our home. Our prospective buyers inspection repair list came in at a whooping $100,000 and included a request to complete

We used Glick's to replace our roof and change our decaying stucco to siding. Sam came to the house with samples and was helpful in making our decisions. We were very happy with their price. The projects started as scheduled. The crew was friendly and did beautiful work. The job site was clean and safe. When the house was finished, we decided to replace the deck too. We called Glick's again! We worked with Sam, Mitch, and Jacob for our house projects. I can't recommend them enough!

Glick's Exteriors replaced a cedar shingled roof on a gazebo. The workers showed up exactly when they said, correctly estimated how long the job would take, and cleaned up so well you'd never know anyone was even there! There wasn't even a splinter of wood on the ground! I was very pleased with the company and would recommend them. They even sent someone a few days later to inspect the job. I'm very pleased with their work!
