Dustin has been helping us with windows/doors/hardware for a new 4-unit condo development. He has been very professional and helpful. Dustin knows what he needs to know, and more, about the products he offers and how the products perform in our local environment. The look and feel of different price points in the Mariposa showroom make me believe that the quality of the lines are all good. Dustin is very knowledgeable about the construction process and he knows when products need to be ordered during a new construction project. This has been huge during a time when lead times from manufacturers

In 2003, I purchased replacement windows for my entire house from Mariposa Window & Door. The windows I purchased came with a lifetime warranty.
In 2020, 17 years later, some of the original windows had leaked and the glass in 12 of the original windows needed replacement.
I contacted Mariposa now under new ownership.
I received nothing but professional assistance from the the time I walked in the door to inquire about getting the 12 new windows until new replacement windows where professionally reinstalled in my home.
Cudos to Dustin and and his staff for taking exceptional care of me.

Think twice before you overlook Mariposa Window and Door!! Generally, my instinct would be to shy away from what looks like a high end custom window and door shop like Mariposa, in that I'd expect a more expensive product and more aggressive salesman than what I'd hope to find elsewhere. Today though, I found myself in need of a highly unusual hinge for an expensive set of french doors I have that turned out to be almost impossible to find. Before scouring the internet to find a part that might fit and would surely be priced to gouge, I said what the heck and stopped by their showroom. Walking

We purchased 12 interior wood doors from Mariposa earlier this year. The slab doors and pre-hung doors themselves were high quality. However, the hardware on the 9 pre-hung doors was inferior and displayed poor workmanship. Hinges on six of the 9 doors had stripped screws so that the hinges were not attached well and could not be tightened. Our installer had to substitute better (but not matched) screws. In addition, several hinges were mounted on the door frame sloppily (not within its cutout form) with splintered wood shards sticking out. These were expensive doors but displayed poor quality
