I have been there a couple of times Great place if you need a lock Smith Highly recommended he also has a mobile that comes to you.

Friendly family owned business. We've been going to them for years. Keys are always perfect and they have lots of fun designs.

Went to Jack's because the rip-off artists at Toyota (sorry, "dealer") wanted to charge almost $300 to program a new key for my 2013 Corolla. I first went to Ace (which charges like $75, but their machine doesn't work ‍), and then found Jack's. Mike was super knowledgeable, and had us in and out of there in 15 min.

For the 1-star reviews on here... Mike is a man of few words, and most of them are sarcastic (and funny) as hell. I can't help if people think he's abrupt... he works at a place that makes keys and sells/sharpens knives, what do you want the guy

I needed a copy of an old style of house key. They didn’t have the blank, but they were able to modify a similar one, in just a few minutes and for less than $5, and it works perfectly. Friendly and efficient service!

Went in today to have a extra key cut for my car, they were incredibly quick and polite. Will definitely be using them for all my locksmith needs.

Called the number provided on the website, the guy who answered seem annoyed to answer questions. I wouldn't bother with this place.

Came here one Friday afternoon to get a spare key made for a safe I have...Got home and the key did not work. Kinda disappointed but... what can ya do? but come back and let them try again. I paid $7.50, but I called the guy and he said come back and we'll make you a new one for free. It's been over a month now since I been there, but I will try in the near future....

This is the worst businessman ever. I tried to get a second key fob for my vehicle. My wife called yesterday to confirm the business hours for Sunday.

She was informed by one of the employees that they were closed at 4:00pm. Even their business hours are listed on Yelp at 4:00.

Not only does the owner, who I had a privilege to speak with is rude, but so is his other employees. If you're going to treat your customers with such disrespect, why even own a business?

I drove from Glendora to Upland to get my key fob, I'm not going to cater to them to their convenience.

I can't say enough about Jack's! I needed a key to my Ford replaced, it was done so fast and efficiently that I was amazed. Very nice guy, was friendly and great to my young kids.

Showed up because I lost my house key. They were able to make it for me on the spot. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Can't beat the efficiency and price. Definitely support your local business. Should I ever lose a key again, I'm coming back here.

I showed up to have a key made and realized I didn't have my wallet! While looking for my wallet in the car, he came out with the new key that I needed and told me to come back with the money anytime. I did return and pay him for the key, and I really appreciated him for doing that. His generosity saved me from a lot of time in the car because I don't live close by. Support your local small business!

Regarding the comment from mr arnold; if it is illegal, then i guess i should report the incident. Somehow the contact number/page that i got is directly connected to ur yelp page so not sure how come it is not ur business.

Outstanding service, went out of his way to explain everything. Super fast service, drove to my home, extremely friendly, made new keys for my car after we miss placed the keys. Jack's Key Service is number #1 in my book. Simply the BEST !

Walmart recommended them to me because they didn't have the size of the key that I needed. But when i got there the lady made me choose from a regular size key or a Baldwin key she said. The price difference was to high for me so i opted for the smaller key. I thought it wasn't going to work but it works like a glove. Because the key that i had copies made was a Schlage so it's a bigger key but it all worked out. Not sure why Walmart didn't have that key. But oh well I'm glad I came to this place lools like Jack can do a lot of other stuff regarding keys for your homes

Professional, Friendly and very knowledgeable! I discovered things about my car key fob, that the dealer didn't share or maybe didn't know! Totally recommend this place!

I have this say a big thank you to Mike for saving my tail. I have A 2011 Toyota Sienna, and lost my 2 key. The wife was super pissed. Went to Jack's Key service. Mike made everything better in like 10 minutes super impressed. The shop was very clean Mike was wearing a mask he required everybody to wear their mask . I felt very safe during these Covid times.

Mike was great. He knew his business quite well and gave excellent customer service. I felt well take care of.

A couple $280+ quotes from dealers and car key makers for my broken Lexus key led me to see if Jack's could beat the price. In about 15 min, he was able to repair the key with a new metal key and new plastic housing for the fob. Out the door for $65.

I also have a 2005 with just one key. Without a second key, it's more difficult/costly to get a spare made. But he knew the trick including turning the ignition on/off 8 times, which allowed him to program a new key and fob for my Ford.

All in all a great shop. They sharpen knives too if you're looking for that.

I guess something should have felt off about this experience. I handed them a key and asked for two duplicates. I had them less than a minute later. Got home to try them immediately. Neither of them work. I tried to call them up. I said "I got a mail key duplicated and neither of them are working."

I got questions like, "Do you have a mailbox," and "is it a mail key or female key?" That just sounds idiotic.
