I write this review with much excitement and gratitude for 4 ACE tile. We are so happy and amazed with the products and service delivered from Antonio, Maria and their team. 5 stars are nearly not enough to rate them. Best team we dealt with during our remodel. What was once a vision became a reality all with the workmanship of this amazing team. Pics to follow shortly.

Total flakes! Don't hire! We had Antonio come out to give us an estimate for a shower remodel along with a guy named Manuel from Pro Plumbing. This was on a Thursday. They claimed they could could do the whole job including replacement of the shower door. Antonio said he would call us on Monday to give us a quote. He NEVER called. We called Antonio back Tuesday and he said he would get back to us later that day or by Wednesday at the latest. The whole week went by and he NEVER called.If he can't even follow through to make a call, we have little faith that he could be responsible

I had my kitchen countertops done by 4Ace Tile and was not very pleased. I have had granite done in my last two houses and it was nothing like this. The owner seemed to be in a rush every time I spoke to him and didn't appear to be very educated in my opinion. The issues that I feel are things that need to be discussed but he had an excuse for everything I brought up and did not appear that he cared. He made me feel that quality was not his main focus and that all he wanted was to get paid regardless if I was happy or not. The owner has no people skills and I would give him a negative star

Just had 4 Ace do the tile in my house. Very disappointed with the job. Would not recommend.
Owner does not understand customer service and did not care if the job was done correctly or not, only that the job was done. Each time I had a legitimate question about the job he became defensive and acted like I insulted him. I got tired of asking him to fix the minor problems and just gave him the final payment so he would leave the house.
My carpet installer is coming to finish tile tucking the hall to bathroom where 4 Ace tile could not finish the job.
