Services
Charlson Excavating is a large bulk supplier of Agricultural Gypsum in north Iowa. We have been in the Gypsum processing business for over 20 years. Our Gypsum product comes from the Fort Dodge, IA, natural mine deposits, of which we acquire to supply our local cement plant for their production of cement.
Located in Worth County on the North edge of Manly, IA the site offers the amenities of small town living while being within close proximity to Mason City. There are currently 40 lots available including Walk-Outs, View Outs and Full Basements. Sterling Acres is home to the Macer-Dunn Youth Sports Complex that is located on the North side of the property.
