Shaun stepped in when our original contractor let us down. We needed a custom door replacement and needed it done quickly as we were in a dispute with our Condo Association.
Shaun ordered and installed the door in the exact time frame he promised. He responded to emails and texts in a timely manner, most times in the same day. The new door was installed a few weeks ago and it's gorgeous. His workmanship is impeccable, and he left our home the way he found it. We intend to contact Shaun for all of our future home repairs!

Services
We specialize in residential carpentry work, including remodeling projects and renovations of existing spaces. SPN Contracting will also take care of smaller scale jobs and minor repair jobs, in which other contractors may turn away. A majority of our work comes from repeat customers or word of mouth referrals due to our highly satisfied customers.

WOW - I was totally impressed wit the work Shaun , SPN Contracting, did for me. I had exterior capping, siding, gutters, downspouts all replaced and or added. Shaun did amazing work. He showed up every day until the job was complete. He was very methodical and cared about the work he did. I am not one to leave a contractor to work on his own but by the second day and seeing what he was doing I left him to do his thing. Not ONE thing had to be addressed or questioned each day I came home which for me is amazing. He worked on my home like it was his own which is unheard of today.

Shaun installed a front and a back screen door, wrapped my porch pillars in aluminum, fixed my front step to properly have my front door flush, and a few other jobs. He communicates quickly through email/text and is extremely clean. No trace left behind. I am so grateful to have had the chance to work with Shaun/SPN Contracting. Shaun's work is impeccable! He was so awesome to work with and is local in Folsom. There will be more home projects and I will definitely use SPN Contracting again. Thanks Shaun for your hard work at my home. :) Jamie, 424

Shaun is a craftsman who engineers his work for value. Shaun and his crew are quiet, considerate, and professional and they always cleaned up after their work. They stripped our bathroom to the beams and rebuilt it carefully to accommodate a larger and deeper tub and a full sized (and fully tiled) shower. It’s beautiful and the work was affordable. I highly recommend SPN.
