Since 1963, Safeguard has been providing 24-hour Security services throughout the state of Texas. Safeguard was founded by a trio of brothers, Don Riley, was a Corpus Christi Police officer, Dennis Riley, an Army Veteran who joined the company after the Vietnam war, and Ken Riley, who in the early years served our community in the Texas State Legislature.

Just had an altercation with customer service. They called in for verification over 30 minutes after a false alarm and persisted in arguing with me that the call was 4 minutes after. Things got heated and now I'm looking for a new provider after more than 10+ years. I'm very disappointed and highly unsatisfied. You don't side with a computer over your customer in a situation like this. She should have said "Oh! It looks like there may be an issue with the system".....Not "You are wrong Sir!". No stars from me!!! Only put 'One' so I can post. Also, this isn't the first time they call late!
