I was in the process of buying a home in Lincoln City and needed an estimate quickly, twice, while we were negotiating repairs. Louis and Shana were fantastic to work with! Although I couldn't be onsite for the estimates, Louis was willing to call me from the property while he was onsite and offer suggestions on the best practices and options. Although we haven't actually done the work yet, I've found them to be responsive, reliable, flexible, and overall, highly professional.

This is a PSA for anyone that is thinking about getting a quote on repairs while going through the house buying process. I live in Portland but I am buying a house in Lincoln City. Because it is far away a lot of the estimates and quotes I have been getting for some repairs have been handled by my realtor who is local. The support beam in this house needs to be replaced or braced per our house inspection. I called multiple local contractors but Horizon was the only one that answered my phone call or returned calls. Made an appointment for work at my rental home, which required me to close off booking for that day. On the morning of the work I was told that something came up and they wouldn't be able to make it after all. When I shared that rescheduling due to their last minute cancellation would cost me additional potential rental income, and asked for them to take on some of the cost by reducing their price, they refused.

I Can't express my gratitude for this company to the fullest. Out of 4 construction companies in town, they were the only ones that called us back, returned emails, or followed through with estimates. Working with insurance companys are a nightmare, Horizon Construction worked patiently along side with us from the beginning to the end. When a tree fell through our garage and did major damage to the rafters and roof, they rebuilt everything better then it was before. I'm so glad it is all done now and we can put this all behind us. Thanks Horizon for your awesome work!!

Personally worked for horizon west and martinez the owner is very professional and has always had a amazing crew to work with they do an exquisite job on everything they do! Martin & the crew did an amazing job replacing our roof and covering two old, leaky skylights; they used the best materials possible and explained why they were superior, and did an outstanding job throughout the whole process. Now we don't have to worry when the rains come! We'll definitely be calling Horizon West when it comes to future repairs and projects for our home! Big shout out to Martin, Vicente, Jesus, Frank & the rest of the crew!
