Chairs- we thought they were beyond repair, but somehow they managed to bring them back to original appearance! We chose to drop them off in case it took multiple passes, and they were done so fast. Beyond impressed!

The carpet/ rug looks beautiful.. a bit expensive but worth the cost. If your carpet or rugs need cleaning, call them they pick it up and reinstall it when done. Looks as good as new...

I broke my back and have been forced to live in my bedroom for the past several months. I smoke and have recently been smoking in the house. Porters carpet cleaners came out, on time and was able to get ALL the gunk out of my carpet and there were some very heavy stains by my bed such as spaghetti sauce, something sticky and flipped ashtrays. I told them just do the best you can as I have beige carpet. There is no trace of my mess at all !!! Also, they Scothguarded the entire room and the price was still much more reasonable than any other company in Shreveport.

Porters was an amazing company to deal with. They made me feel so comfortable by texting me pictures of the people that would show up to clean my carpets. They did an amazing job. About a year ago I had my carpets cleaned and it was just so so. It was not done by Porters at that time. I had a stain of paint from my daughter using paint for her arts and crafts in the bedroom. They were able to get that paint out of the carpet after years and other cleaners coming and not being able to do

The folks from Porters arrived timely and worked efficiently to restore my couches. With a multitude of animals in the house, some stains are inevitable and permanent. However, this crew got my couches and chair looking almost new! Very pleased.
