I have a victorian era home and unfortunately two sewage leaks, 13months apart. KW came to Monte Vista, staff educated me re: process and how remediation would go. Staff were polite and professional, never rushed. They had to repair areas my husband, a master carpenter built originally - my husband gave his full approval of the repair, "good as new". Staff dealt with my USAA insurance seamlessly. Highly recommend. Made a bad situation much less painful.

I am SO PLEASED with KW Restoration & Construction and the work they did at our condo in Salida, CO.
There was a major water leak in the unit above and it destroyed about 60% of our condo. We were out of town at the time and when we got home our space was already growing mold.
I called KW Restoration and they responded immediately to prevent further damage. They came in and pulled everything out and set up fans and protected our belongings. They didn't cut corners and worked directly with my insurance company to make sure we were taken care of.
Because KW Restoration is busy, it did take a while

KW has done a couple commercial projects for my businesses. One emergency flood and one restaurant build out. They responded to our flood in less than 24 hours. The restaurant build is one of the nicest in Leadville. Everyone we have worked with is very professional, helpful and has great attention to detail.

Paul and the mitigation team deserve trophies. They were respectful, efficient, and quick. The rest of the process was an absolute nightmare. It has taken over six and a half months to restore a 600 square foot… condo which is completely absurd. Aside from Paul and his team I wouldn't recommend this company in a million years. Do yourself a a favor and go with another option.
