In 2005, Brian J. Owens founded a small excavating company. First contracting with local Clearfield builders, the company has grown over the years and expanded. We are currently serving central Pennsylvania in Centre, Clearfield, Jefferson, Blair, and Huntington Counties. After having Roto Rooter use his camera to detect the breakage, he referred us to Bjoe for excavation work, Not knowing what to expect, we were very pleased at the competence, expertise and swiftness that the job was completed.
Both Brian and his associate were friendly, hard working and followed through, explaining what they were doing. Would recommend this company. Brian is an excellent equipment operator and is a professional businessman. Very satisfied with the excavation and grading he has done for us. Wonderfully done work from very stand up guys. The crew is personable and works quickly. Everything that was needed was done and comes at a good cost. We are very happy with the results and would recommend anyone needing any excavation work to go with Brian. All piping looks great, and they did a lot of work in the time that they were here. The attention to detail was incredible.

Had BJOE make improvements to our camp road and driveway. During the process, they unearthed a couple natural springs and were able to effectively control the water flow and dry up the area around the cabin. Would highly recommend Brian and team For any excavating work.
