Phillips Appliance Parts Company is a second generational appliance parts business. We specialize in used appliances, parts for all appliances and we service most appliances. We began our journey in May of 1995 in a single building using a 77 model Chevy Silverado truck as our delivery vehicle.

Our staff is very friendly and knowledgeable because we know what it's like when buying or getting your appliances serviced.

My wife bought a dryer from the good people at Phillips and we had it for about 6 years without a problem. We gave the set to my brother-in-law and he is using it to this day, our brand new set is about three years old and I have had to tear it down three times. I bought a washer and dryer from them and it quit working 3 months after purchase , I called to let them know and they told me to bring it to them and they will fix it but the washer had a blown motor which would have been a pretty penny for me , the dryer idk what happened it just kept spinning with door open and then went completely out on me . DO NOT BUT FROM THERE YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE BUYING FROM FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE

I needed a refrigerator for a rental asap. I called Phillips Appliance where they were very helpful, and even the employee I spoke with on the phone was professional and courteous.
They went above and beyond to satisfy my appliance need. I did not even see the refrigerator before I bought it, I trusted them to be honest about the purchase without me even seeing it first. My tenant called to say she was very happy with their work and the refrigerator.

Excellent customer service. I came in had a part number for my dishwasher. They had the part in store and they beat all the online prices. I got the item I wanted/needed same day for an inexpensive price and shopped local, a win-win! Definitely recommend
