Patriot Disposal Inc. is the premier waste collection service in Yavapai County. We offer both 96 and 65 gallon containers. All service includes recycling as everything placed in your container is sorted at the Freedom Recycle Center. We offer service in the following communities: Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Sedona, Williamson Valley, Castle Canyon Mesa, Prescott Country Club, Diamond Valley, Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Camp Verde.
Minimum activity requirement, please check with your sales representative for inactivity fees and schedules. Fuel fee will apply. Customers who want service 3 or more times per week should contact our sales representative for possible discounts. These are for customers who are doing clean-up jobs, yardwork, cleaning garages, moving in & out, small remodel jobs.

We moved to Sedona in October and have been using Patriot since we arrived here. They have been consistent in picking up weekly, and have been flexible when we had a little extra trash than we could fit in the can after our move. Their combined recycling/trash pickup is very convenient.

Monday morning, 12/27/2021, I followed a Patriot garbage truck for about a mile on my way to Cottonwood from Sedona. I observed 3 plastic trash bags go air born out of the top of the truck and land on the roadside. The truck obviously does not cover the load as legally required.

We switched over to Discount Disposal which was owned by Patriot. About a year and a half later, Patriot trucks are now servicing our property. Not sure if they have left the Discount name behind or not. But, I can say that they are here every week without fail. Great service, reasonable pricing and I love that they do single stream recycling. The recycling aspect is the only reason that we switched over from Wingfield. Thanks for all you guys do. We appreciate you!

I see Patriot disposal does not receive high marks. I am not surprised. I moved here two years ago and requested a new can because the one at my home was old and cracked. I got a used trash can instead. They told me they were out of new trash cans. Everywhere I have lived and started with a new trash service they always give u new cans. I have also experienced issues receiving my bill via email and have now gone to a hard copy. They did not pick up my trash last week because I did not pay the bill I never received. I had a late charge of $10 and asked them to pick up my trash the nest day

I'm just not impressed. 1. They just raised prices without notifying any of the customers. 2. A couple of years ago, there was a snow storm and they were the absolute last company to send out trash trucks more than a week after scheduled service. I contacted them to find out why, and apparently they had just bought new trash trucks and didn't want them damaged...Uh, that's your business - picking up the trash of your paid customers. 3. I've also seen a driver with a terrible attitude about having to pick up a bag outside of the can.

We have had Patriot Disposal for our residential garbage service for almost a year. We have had a few issues with them from the beginning. Mostly they are OK. However, last week we paid $20 for the removal of a broken microwave cart and they didn't pick it up. Their notes said they were picking up a microwave. They were quick to charge my card but it took several phone calls and required making other arrangements to dispose of the cart. The rep was more concerned about me being "upset" than the fact that they didn't do what they had contracted and I had paid for. We are supposed to get a credit

Great service in the office and our driver is really nice too. A couple times I'd have something to put in the bin just as he was pulling up to dump. I'd stand by to wait till he was done but he waved me to go ahead and place whatever I had in the bin before he dumped. Not expected but really nice. Great service from the whole team.

They are always on time - between 8 to 8:30. One day my trash was missed for some reason - it's always out the night before, so it wasn't that I forgot to take it out - but I called, received an apology ( not a snarky attitude ) and they sent a truck out the next day to empty it out. That's good service!

So my wife and I moved to AZ in September, we signed up for service with these guys. We moved in early November and our rental property has trash included so we cancelled the service and requested a refund on November 20th 2019. Today is February 14th and still no refund for the 4 months they charged me for when I signed up. Took them 3 seconds to take my money and now 3 months and still don’t have it back! Get a different excuse every time we call. Guess it’s time to go to the BBB and to the chamber of commerce and file some complaints! They deserve zero stars

We have used them for five years now and they haven’t missed a beat. They are consistent, dependable and super friendly, with excellent customer service. Also, they do the recycling separation for you, so there is no extra effort on your part. Their whole package is a great value. And, very important to me, is that their drivers obey the speed limits throughout our neighborhood. The other drivers, waste management and two other smaller independent companies, drive their trucks on our streets like they are in a sports car. We have a lot of walkers with pets, moms with strollers, bikers, and seniors

I canceled our service when we moved. I asked about a refund for the balance of the service we would not use for the remaining service period. Instead of issuing a refund, they said I needed to send them a letter requesting one. I was also told email won't do.
Excuse me? I have to ask for my money back in writing? I have to spend time composing a letter, spend the time mailing-it, and pay postage?
Regardless, I did -- more for the principle. Three months later, nothing...nada.

My husband and I used these guys. We moved and had to cancel service. We did the proper paperwork and emailed to customer service as requested. Called to confirm and got an ETA of 30 to 45 days to get a refund this was around November 10th. Waited til December 30 and called to check status and was told they didn't get anything from me and told me the process again so again I redid the process and sent it in. Waited a couple days and confirmed again they had my email etc. Yep they have everything. Called the 20th of February to see where it was and nope haven't processed it. Waited

I am shocked to see all of these one stars I've never had a problem with these folks ever in three years. Every time I talk to somebody at the office they're awesome. Our driver that does our road is amazing he's always helpful if we're late he just tells us put it on the other side of the street and he'll pick it up on the way out. I don't get it I think these people are awesome!

If I could give a zero I would. Don't use them if you need a job done on time. They will stall the delivery or pick up if you call to inquire on a time frame or they just won't show up at all. The worst service I've ever seen in a disposal company!! Haul it off yourself before you get lied to from these guys....you're better off!

I ordered 2 johns for a Mountain Bike Race at Pioneer Park. I gave the receptionist the address as well as specific directions where to drop the johns. I still have no idea where the driver dropped them, but they were no where near Pioneer Park. They refuse to reimburse me because I was at work and didn't answer my phone to give the driver directions AGAIN. Apparently the receptionist never gave the driver the directions or he simply didn't understand them.

Don't trust this company. One of their drivers went off the road and damaged a culvert and underground drainage pipe. They keep promising that they will fix it, it never happens. Don't return phone calls. This post will stay here among other social media outlets until Ralph learns to return phone calls and he fixes this issue like he promised.

The driver was "punishing " us for putting our cans in a way he dis not like, we did not know we were doing it wrong. The driver refused to get our cans today because they were near the mailbox- it is extremely windy and they were blowing over. We get no credit nor refund even though there was no pick up. Any issues that we have talked to the( Jim) manager about, he will not address the drivers at all. He does not care that we get poor service. Very non customer friendly. We are changing companies

We have a vacation home in Prescott Valley, and it was my understanding that I could pay quarterly in advance and suspend service at any time. I did that, and yet I always had a balance owing rather than a credit. The final straw was when I suspended service and the driver did not follow directions noted in the file. He couldn't find the trash can, which was in front of the garage exactly where I said it would be. I was charged for the extra two weeks because of his incompetence! I was also told that I would be charged $15 each time they dropped off the can, and $15 when they picked it

Great Customer Service!
I have been a customer for over 10 years and they have always been on time and very good service! One time I had a rather awkward BIG piece of wood and they even made a special trip out to pick it up in a flatbed and the man on the phone was super nice! I love this place and I don't see what all these other people are complaining about lol!!

Called to see why our trash wasn't picked up and was told our account has not been paid. To get it going again, we would have to pay the bill + late charges + an extra $20 pickup for not being a scheduled day for pickup (our can is full). Lady on phone said that she sent an email + 2 reminders. Never received any of them! Cancelling our service and going to Taylor Waste.
