This company did not show up or call the day they were scheduled for repair. They never apologized for the no show. I called and it took multiple days for them to call back to set up another appointment that was for 3 weeks later. On that appointment day I didn't receive a confirmation call the night before. I called back the courtesy call the day of and they said they left the area and would not come back and we're going to schedule me a 3rd time 10 days out. It has been a very unprofessional, unorganized experience and I would never recommend them.

Mid America Service Repair Co has come to our home a total of three times to fix our Samsung dishwasher. The last time was yesterday, August 14, 2021.
The dishwasher is still not repaired.

Was originally quoted that this repair would be handled on a same day visit by the technician. 4 weeks ago, the technician came out, stated the part he needs is on back order, and will take 4 days to receive.
I now receive a call that the part is back in stock (much after the 4 days I was quoted) and now it will be an additional 3 weeks just to come back out and give us the part.

Too bad they seem to be the only GE servicer in the area. Scheduled for a service appointment via GE, so I waited for almost a month but no one from Mid America called to confirm. So I had to call Mid America in the morning of the service appointment date and they said their technician was not in and had to reschedule me, which meant I had to wait for another several weeks. They should have called to confirm the day before the scheduled service, and since it was their fault they didn't do it, they should have made it right by giving me priority. I will definitely write to GE and ask them to switch

My fridge was not cooling below 16 C.
The guy who came to check my fridge did not bother to pull out the fridge and open it from the back to check what was wrong with the fridge. He just opened the fridge front door and felt some water Uber the bottom drawer. He said evaporator cover and fan and thermostat need to be changed for approximately $650. The company charged me $89 for his “diagnosis”.
After he left I pulled the fridge out and use my screw driver to open the back of the fridge. I removed the dust that accumulated on the evaporator after unplugging the fridge and allowing it to defrost

I wish i could give a zero. i am forced to use this company with my lowes warranty service. twice a tech has been out to my house to fix my refrigerator. first time, they tell me it needs "a complete overhaul". okay, well after waiting several weeks for parts to come in, they call to notify me. then i have to wait several more weeks for the scheduled appointment. They show up, work for an hour-ish, then tell me they don't have all the parts they needed. "they did not order the one part that is needed to fix this". So I called today, to see if they could set the appointment in anticipation to receive

Tom showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He was polite and professional. He diagnosed and replaced the heating element in our Samsung dryer in less than an hour. Thankfully he had the part on the truck. We use Mid-America frequently and have never been disappointed. Be advised, they are not the cheapest. My experience is they are higher than usual on parts. Diagnosis and replacement heating element including labor was a bit less than $400. Doc

Mid America Electronics & Appliance Service (located at 328 Jungermann Rd, St Peters, MO 63376) made two visits to my property, and after a visit in May 2020 in which they were ill-equipped to perform the service, they sent a gentleman named David on June 9, 2020, who spent all day in my condo "fixing" the washer. He was exceptionally kind; that said, he left a huge water stain on our newly refinished bamboo floors, and a technician later found that he not only did not actually fix the machine, but he also removed necessary parts and left the motor on the floor of the washer! What is worse is that
