Since my first review no longer shows I would NEVER use this company. They came during the rain, destroyed my back yard, part of my neighbors front yard, broke my cable wire and didn’t even bother to bury the wire I had to do it. Took me weeks to level my backyard myself by hand because they didn’t come back to fix it as promised. Lost my check for payment and implied I never paid them, we had to cancel the check, then a neighbor found the check in the street. I would say to never never never use this company. Unreliable unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!

Didn't do what he said he was going to do, and used substandard material for job. Then charged extra.
UPDATE: Months later I get contacted by the owner via social media asking about this review and he has no recollection of me, so I tell him and actually post on his Facebook post where he posted my job site. He basically tried to tell me that I was wrong even after showing him pictures I had taken. Told him I contacted him after the issue and he never called me back, says he never got the message. I made a mistake by taking this guy's word for the work he was going to do and the price. So you

I called many places before finding ICC. Not one company showed up when they said they would, most never even called me back and the one and only company that did come out gave us a bid way out of our price range! Mike gave me his word and stuck to it. He showed up, gave us a bid and a fair price and did the work!!! He was pleasant to talk to and communicated throughout the week. He was professional and very understanding to our needs. I would definitely recommend Mike and his team!!!!! 2 thumbs up

ICC replaced a culvert under our privately-owned subdivision road and we are extremely pleased. They understood our urgency and worked tirelessly to get the work done as soon as possible. They were professional and friendly, made money-saving suggestions, and cleaned up the site very well. We had not correctly marked where our water lines were under the street and fortunately they dug everything out carefully anyway and found the real location without interrupting any of our utility services. I highly recommend ICC Services LLC.

Mike was very quick to respond to messages and answer questions. He came out on a Sunday morning to take a look at my project. We agreeded on the work and price. I gave him a deadline to have the work done by July 21st. He started hauling fill and dirt the same day. Due to possible rain over the next few days he finished hauling dirt and grading on Monday evening. He stayed in budget and work was done correct and exactly how I wanted. Job site was clean afterwords. Will use again when I need more work done.
