We replaced our roof with a standing seam metal roof from Spilker after the 2004 hurricanes. It’s been 16 years and our roof still looks great and has no problems. In fact, a neighbor went with dimensional shingles at the same time and have already replaced their roof. I hear prices have gone up since then so it was well worth the investment and we always get comments on how great it looks. Thanks guys!

Spilker Roofing & Sheet Metal - a huge thank you! The reroof looks beautiful. Your crew is amazing. They dealt with a few surprises easily and competently and kept me in the loop when necessary. Even our neighbors commented on the work ethic and the professionalism of the Spilker team. A roof is a big investment. Other roofers gave me perfunctory estimates without specs or much detail. Spilker provided the only meaningful quote and even invited me to their shop to see how they manufacture the metal panels. Spilker earned this homeowner's trust from quote to teardown, installation, and cleanup.

We would recommend Spilker Roofing without hesitation to anyone seeking a high quality, reasonably priced aluminum roof. After disappointing engagements with several other roofing companies to get a replacement roof estimate after hurricane damage, we found Spilker Roofing via a Google search. From the first phone call we knew we had found the… best. They provided a ballpark estimate via satellite image the next day, and once we agreed it was in our comfort zone they sent an experienced specialist to do a detailed site survey. We had a firm quote within two days of the first phone call.

This company improperly installed my roof which caused major amounts of damage and safety concerns for my family and I. The improper installation ended up causing a leak which rotted soffits, fascia boards, joists and other structural components of the roof. The chimney vents that they installed for the furnace and water heater were not sufficient to evacuate the heat and CO1 from our attic. The heat caused charring on the underside of my roof deck in the attic which could have burnt my house down! Do not hire this company! Too many short cuts, zero accountability.

This was my second house to get a new roof from Spilker Roofing. The previous house was sold and when we bought this house, I knew from the beginning I wanted another metal roof and Spilker was going to do it. They are simply the best I've seen and have very reasonable prices. They not only installed standing seam metal on my house but repaired a significant amount of rotten wood found. They are very professional and superb craftsmen. I've sent two people to them now for their roof replacements and they too were very pleased with the craftsmanship of the final product.

Had a couple of bids, chose Spilker over the others for our home. Saw the work they did in the big commercial jobs around town ( Radisson at the Port, Cocoa Beach Public Works Complex) Rolph took me into the shop on Merritt Island, showed me the machines they use, the materials, panels, stainless steel screws and hardware. Recommended aluminum being close to the beach. Answered all my questions, felt good about the whole process, chose the standing seam instead of exposed screws.
Crew showed up, very professional, have all worked together for years, not a throw together crew.

Outstanding job on all accounts. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our old asphalt roof was removed and a new, standing seam, hidden fastener metal roof in bright silver installed.
During the roof installation, several non-conforming situations were discovered – to include the existing skylights and lack of adequate clearance between the roof line and the bottom of our windows. In each case, Spilker custom designed a solution.
We priced multiple vendors – and very happy we selected Spilker for this major investment in our home.
