In spring of 2021, I contacted Critters Enterprise to do an analysis for a septic system. This is an atypical location, requiring a non-conventional system. The representative(s) showed up as promised. We spent a few hours surveying the site, and discussing options and alternatives. Upon leaving, it was agreed that the project would likely take place in the fall, due to the slow permitting process in WV. I have not heard from, or seen them since that day, nearly a year ago.
