I was looking for a new car, so just went to Joey Griff kia, and took a test drive in an optima and as I was about to leave. The truck comes pulling up with a brand new kia forte gt line. And I bought it that day. I love it. I highly recommend going there. All the sales people and staff are wonderful.

I recently purchased my second Kia with Joey Griffin and I can’t rave enough over the staff. Seth Boggess was awesome, he was knowledgeable, kind and made it happen without going over my budget. There was no pressure to purchase, I actually went in for service and left with a new car. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I stopped through for a service visit... oil change & tire rotation. Also had an issue with a tire pressure monitor. Long story short, they took care of what I needed and corrected 2 other issues. And still within the normal timeframe. Outstanding service! Plus, they had the new vehicle I wanted... pretty close, though. Could be an early Christmas present. But both the sales and service departments always treat me right!

I have a 2015 Kia Optima that I've been driving for about a year now. I went to this location recently for an oil change and noticed on the way over that the navigation was having issues. The roads were there, but for my location it showed that I was not actually on the roads, but always off to the side somewhere. Far away enough for it to not give me directions properly.
I mentioned this at the dealership and was told I'd need to pay $170 to get a new SD card to update the system. I said the current maps were fine, I just wanted the navigation system to work the way its supposed to

I just experienced the excellent team in the service department! I had a major breakdown on my way to work out of town. They towed my car to Joey Griffin Kia. Although they are no longer a Mazda dealership, Devon the Service Advisor talked to their mechanic Andy who is a Mazda Master Mechanic! They calmed me down and assured me they would take care of my car! And they sure did! Everyone in the Service Department from Randy the Service Manager letting me use his cell charger, Devon keeping me calm, and Andy taking care of my car! On our way recently from Charleston, SC, to visit friends in Corolla, NC, we were suddenly faced with three dash sensor lights coming on and staying on. After consulting the owner
manual, we realized we needed to find a Kia dealer immediately, Fortunately, we were only about 10 miles from Alliance Mazda/Kia and got the phone number from our phone. When we called, they told us they were a bit short staffed but that they would happily take a look at our vehicle. It could have been a 3-5 hour delay in our trip, but luckily they were able to check out the car pretty quickly. Once the codes were cleared
